Cold tofu with mentsuyu dressing ( Hiyayakko )
What is tofu?
Tofu, also known as bean curd, is a food made by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks. It is a component in East Asian and Southeast Asian cuisines. There are many different varieties of tofu, including fresh tofu and tofu that has been processed in some way. Tofu is super food have rich nutrition especially high quality protein and low calorie. Then it is one of super food. Also sesame seed is super food too, and green perilla leaves are very good for skin beautiful. It takes just 5 min for make this dish. So I have eat every morning.

How to Cook
1. Make dressing.
Mixing together, Mentsuyu, Koikuchi soy sauce, olive oil into the bowl.
Put Tofu on the plate, put white sesame seeds and julienne green perilla on top. Serve with Mentsuyu dressing.

Small bowl, whisk, tablespoon
Cooking ingredients (Serves 1 person, 5min)
150g----soybean curd* (5.2911 oz / 0.330693 lb)
1 tsp----white sesame seeds
3 leaves----julienne green perilla
1 tbsp----koikuchi soy sauce
1 tbsp----olive oil
